About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time CNC Programmer & Machine Operator to join our product development and prototyping team in Hyderabad.

This role is for someone with strong practical knowledge of CNC machining, G-code programming and machine operations who can independently take a design or technical drawing through toolpath preparation, machine setup, machining and final inspection.

You’ll work closely with our product designers and engineers to manufacture prototypes, components, moulds and finished products accurately, efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

  • Read and interpret 3D models, 2D technical drawings and machining specifications

  • Prepare, edit and optimize G-code and CNC toolpaths

  • Set up and operate CNC machines for prototyping and small-batch production

  • Select appropriate tools, feeds, speeds, cutting depths and machining strategies

  • Set work coordinates, fixtures, clamps and tool offsets accurately

  • Machine materials such as wood, plastics, foam, composites and soft metals, depending on project requirements

  • Conduct test runs and make adjustments before final machining

  • Inspect completed components using appropriate measuring instruments

  • Troubleshoot dimensional, surface-finish and machine-operation issues

  • Minimize material waste and improve machining time without compromising quality

  • Carry out routine machine cleaning, calibration and preventive maintenance

  • Maintain records of programs, tool settings, material usage and completed jobs

  • Follow all workshop and machine-safety procedures

  • Coordinate with designers and engineers to resolve manufacturability concerns before machining
